Alan (Al) is our Operations Director here at The HR Guru. He builds out all of our internal processes, keeps us in check and also makes sure we actually invoice our clients and get paid. The undisputed King of the CRM, Al’s automated our internal sales pipeline, ensuring we onboard clients swiftly alongside managing the whole backend engine of the business. Al’s background comes from a senior Ops role at British Steel along with running his own successful recruitment businesses meaning he not only has ops experience but also experience within the HR space. He’s also a qualified mediator which suits him perfectly as he’s calm, a great listener and our clients love the option of mediation to solve internal people problems.

Fun fact: Al joined the navy at 17 as a medic.
